Description

As a Product Executive, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our digital

solution products, ensuring they meet customer needs and are aligned with company

goals. You will lead a product development & team of developers, and work closely

with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous

improvement.

Work with the product development team to develop and optimize our digital

solution products.

Plan and manage projects, including project scope and pricing.
Manage and lead product development and developers.
Training Associates and internal teams for successful project execution.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful product launches and

continuous improvement.

Track and analyze product & project performance, using data to inform decision

making and improve the product and development processes.

Simplify development processes and identify new tools to improve efficiency.

- knowledge about cloud hosting and management preferred.

Perform any other stipulated work/task provided from time to time.
Quick learning ability.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, BE Computer, BE-IT or related field.
Bachelor's degree in Marine engineering, Junior marine engineer/deck cadet, BSC-IT or related field.
01 years of experience in product management or related roles.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
Analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisionmaking.
Experience with cloud hosting and management preferred.

Salary:
From ₹21,500.00 per month
