Job description- Deal with customer complaints or issues.
- Create new cases and update existing cases in our customer database.
- Identify root cause and resolution of major incidents.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve fault at time of answering where possible.
- Must have excellent communication & writing skills to deal with customers. Ability to meet deadlines and priorities tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
