  • Deal with customer complaints or issues.
  • Create new cases and update existing cases in our customer database.
  • Identify root cause and resolution of major incidents.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve fault at time of answering where possible.
  • Must have excellent communication & writing skills to deal with customers. Ability to meet deadlines and priorities tasks.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
