Requirements and Qualifications:
- BE/Diploma-MECH, Industrial Management
- Computer Literacy.
- Experience 5 to 10 Yrs.
- Required knowledge of Engineering Drawing.
- Required knowledge of Measuring Instruments (Vanier Calliper, Measuring Tape)
- Required knowledge of Machine(Fabrication), Welding Machine( Mig Tig, Arc
- Required knowledge of paint shop process (Surface treatment, Pretreatment process of paint shop)
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within an industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the production line to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure continuity of production.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Pay:
₹30, ₹36,000.00 per month
