Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Specialist at Moris Media. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The Specialist will also assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, handle employee relations matters, and provide support in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies
Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
