Working Days -Monday to Saturday

Working Time -10 AM to 6 PM


Position:
Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Utilize innovative and effective methods to assess both technical and interpersonal skills.

US (United States) Hiring:


  • Stay informed about US recruitment trends, and cultural considerations.
  • Manage the endtoend US hiring process, ensuring compliance with global employment laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for US hires.

Collaboration and Relationship Building:


  • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and crossfunctional teams.
  • Work closely with US stakeholders to understand regional talent needs and cultural nuances.

Data Management and Reporting:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Utilize data to make informed decisions and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on both US and Indian hiring.
  • Strong understanding of US employment laws and other processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
