ABOUT THE ROLE:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and update high-quality educational content for the CFA program, including study materials, practice questions, mock exams, and other resources. Ensure that the content adheres to the CFA Institute's standards and guidelines according to 2024 curriculum.
Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing CFA curriculum materials to identify areas for improvement, update outdated content, and incorporate recent developments in the finance industry.
Create and review exam questions (items) for various CFA levels. Ensure that questions are accurate, relevant, and aligned with the CFA Institute's exam objectives and guidelines.
Ensure that all content created is free from plagiarism and cite external sources appropriately when necessary.
Use proper language hygiene, adhering to professional and academic writing standards.
Conduct quality check on educational content to maintain high standards of accuracy and relevance. Identify and resolve any content-related issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with a diverse team of experts, including other SMEs, content developers, instructional designers, and project managers, to achieve collective goals effectively.

ELIGIBILITY:

In-depth knowledge and expertise in finance, including topics covered in the CFA 2024 curriculum (ethics, portfolio management, asset valuation, financial reporting, etc.).
Experience in content development and item writing for educational or assessment purposes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering accurate and error-free content.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technology is an advantage.
