As a Creative Copywriter & Social Media Specialist at Esthete, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content in both English and Malayalam, while also managing our social media presence.

You will work closely with our creative team to create content for a variety of channels and ensure our social media strategy aligns with our overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Produce clear, concise, and creative copy for various marketing materials in both English and Malayalam, adhering to brand guidelines.

Bilingual Proficiency:
Write and translate content seamlessly between English and Malayalam, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy.

Social Media Management:
Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Community Engagement:
Foster and maintain relationships with our online community by responding to comments and messages promptly.

Campaign Development:

Collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including slogans, taglines, and promotional content for social media.

Reporting and Analytics:

Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of our social media strategy.

SEO Optimization:
Incorporate SEO best practices into your writing and social media content to improve online visibility and engagement.

Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and conduct research to inform content development.

Editing and Proofreading:
Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and style.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies.

Deadlines:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Copywriter and Social Media Specialist, preferably in a creative agency or marketing department.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Malayalam, with exceptional writing and translation skills.
Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and versatility in both languages.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
