Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative for our hotel, you will be responsible for generating revenue through the sale of hotel accommodations, event spaces, and ancillary services.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients and guests, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure repeat business and drive new sales opportunities.

This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hospitality industry trends, and a proactive approach to sales.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and other potential sources of business.
  • Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience from booking to departure.

Sales Strategy and Execution:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for accommodations, event spaces, and other hotel services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and presentations to clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our hotel offerings.

Collaboration and Coordination:


  • Work closely with the hotel's management team, including the General Manager, to coordinate sales efforts and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and packages to drive sales and attract new customers.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as reservations, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless execution of events and guest accommodations.

Market Research and Analysis:


  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify potential target markets and customer segments, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:


  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, bookings, and revenue generated.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Up to 50% travel

Experience:


  • Cold calling: 2 years (preferred)
