Description
Job Description- Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends and potential issues
- Configure and maintain the Systrack software ensuring accurate data collection and reporting
- Work with teams to resolve performance issues using data from Systrack to help diagnose problems
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Systrack into existing systems and processes
- Create and maintain technical documentation including user manuals and training materials
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Systrack users Stay current with new Systrack releases and updates and recommend upgrades as necessary Requirements for the role may include
- Strong understanding of system monitoring and performance analysis
- Experience with Systrack or similar performance monitoring tools
- Excellent technical and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
