    Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - ServiceNow Developer
    We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations that support IT Service Management (ITSM) and enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience within the ServiceNow platform and a solid understanding of ITIL-based processes.

    Responsibilities

    .Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
    .Configure and enhance ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)
    .Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows/Flow Designer
    .Create and manage ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server
    .Customize Service Portal and UI components
    .Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
    .Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
    .Support platform upgrades and patching activities
    .Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
    .Maintain technical documentation and best practices

    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum Qualifications
    .Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
    .Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
    .Experience with ITSM modules and CMDB
    .Knowledge of ServiceNow development tools:
    oBusiness Rules
    oClient Scripts
    oUI Policies / UI Actions
    oFlow Designer / Workflows
    .Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
    .Understanding of ITIL processes
    .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    .ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
    .ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
    .ITIL Foundation
