Roles and Responsibilities
To design, develop and deliver the best in market, seamless client onboarding experience

across all banking products for customers. Responsible to deliver the end-to-end experience by

ensuring both the front-end and back-end capabilities are working harmoniously to drive the

shortest & most delightful onboarding experience.


Key Responsibilities:


Define the best in market, north star onboarding experiences bring out the best framework across not just banking but also non-banking platforms.

Create a seamless onboarding experiences across all products for both new to bank & existing to bank customers.


Ensure relevant control measures are in place to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank as well as meeting all the internal standard, compliance, policies & regulation - Flexcube core, AML, Client Due Diligence, ID & Income verification etc.


Act as the senior product owner across sign-up for product and services, to define and manage the product backlog, prioritizing feature releases in line with the broader roadmap.


Collaborate with Operations, Tech team and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of quality product and service proposition to customers.

Drive vendors to deliver premium services to support the attainment of our automated, E2e digital onboarding experience.


Be the voice of the customer in the definition of your product/service, and collaborate with other product owners to converge on a broader coherent proposition.

Work with UX and Service Design to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points and journeys.

Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing.

Identify required partners for regulatory requirements or support needs.


Key Requirements:

6-7+ years of experience and product/service development and onboarding in Financial

Institutions.

3+ years of Product Ownership experience

Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies
