Executive- Corporate Secretarial - Nehru Place, Delhi, Delhi, India - Sannam S4 Group
Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordination for obtaining Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and necessary registration on MCA portal;
- Assistance in the incorporation of the Companies/Limited Liability Partnership;
- Assistance in preparation and filing of eforms as required under the Companies Act;
- Assistance in preparation of necessary documents and forms like FC GPR, FC TRS etc. and filing with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI);
- Assistance in preparation of meeting documents viz., Board Meeting (BM), Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM);
- Assistance in maintenance and updating of all statutory registers as required under the Companies Act, 2013;
- Assistance in preparation of Annual Return, Directors' Report and other relevant documents, as may be required for RoC filings/ secretarial compliances;
- Assistance in maintenance of the statutory records and other corporate documents in electronic/ physical form in order to ensure proper filing and safekeeping of all corporate records and documents in soft and hard copy;
- To ensure good compliance, coordination, effective communication & risk management processes;
- Assistance in monitoring changes in corporate laws and regulations and assist in updating internal policies and procedures accordingly;
- Provide general administrative support to the corporate secretarial team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements;
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and assignments as required;
- Assist in preparing and disseminating communication materials related to corporate secretarial activities;
- Support the team in implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified Company Secretary/ Semi-Qualified Company Secretary
