As the Head of Brand Communications and Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in
shaping
the school's brand identity,
communication strategies, and
marketing initiatives.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for education.

You will be responsible for
developing and implementing comprehensive brand communication strategies to enhance the school's visibility, reputation, and enrollment prospects within the local and international community.


Key Responsibilities:


1.


Brand Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the school's mission, values, and educational philosophy. Define key brand messages, positioning, and differentiation strategies to promote the unique value proposition of the school.

Brand Identity and Visual Identity:

Oversee the development and maintenance of the school's brand identity, including logo, colors, typography, and visual assets. Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels and marketing materials.

Marketing and Communication Planning:


Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication plans to promote the school's programs, events, and achievements to prospective families, educators, and stakeholders.

Utilize a mix of online and offline channels, including social media, website, print media, events, and partnerships.

Content Development:

Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for various communication channels, including website copy, blog posts, newsletters, brochures, videos, and multimedia content.

Ensure content reflects the school's brand voice, values, and educational offerings.

Public Relations and Media Relations:

Develop and maintain relationships with local and international media outlets, journalists, influencers, and educational organizations. Generate media coverage, press releases, and editorial opportunities to raise awareness and visibility of the school.

Community Engagement and Partnerships:

Build strong relationships with the local community, educational institutions, businesses, and organizations. Identify partnership opportunities and collaborate on initiatives that support the school's mission and enhance its reputation.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stakeholder feedback to inform marketing strategies and decision-making. Monitor industry trends, demographic changes, and educational developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of expenses. Evaluate return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of marketing and communication professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications roles, preferably in the education sector or related industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand communication strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, market research methodologies, and digital marketing techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems (CMS), and social media platforms.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.

Salary:
₹700, ₹1,100,000.00 per year
