Job description
- Responsible for real estate sales with customers.
- Handle New Customers Enquiries, understand their Property requirement and Suggest Suitable Projects.
- Give details and Presentations to the client about interested Projects.
- Personal or on call interaction with Client to give them full details of the property and solve their queries regarding the project.
- Regular Followup with prospective customers to facilitate sitevisits and possible closures.
- Proactive and systematic in tracking all enquiries
- Maintain lead database of the clients and prospects.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers and bring additional sales.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 06 Months Experience
- Basic Computer Knowledge with Excel.
Salary:
Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
