Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to students who are interested in pursuing their academic goals overseas
• Assist students in profile building, selecting appropriate courses, universities and colleges based on their educational background, skills and interests
• Knowledge about Ivy Universities and other premium colleges & universities.
• Provide assistance with preparing for standardized tests such as SAT, IELTS, TOEFL,

GRE, GMAT, etc.

• Conduct information sessions and workshops for students and parents on various topics related to studying abroad, including academic requirements, culture shock, safety and security, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of student data and progress
• Stay current with changes and trends in the field of international education
• Collaborate with other counsellors, educators and professionals to support the needs of students
• Participate in professional development activities and conferences as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven counselling experience with toptier school students.
• Compulsory study abroad past experience required
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, International Relations or a related field.
• 25 years of proven experience in academic counselling or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of overseas education systems, admission procedures and visa requirements.
• Familiarity with standardized tests such as SAT, IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
• Fluency in English (additional languages would be an asset)
