Payroll Executive

Santacruz - Mumbai

Qualification:
Graduation
Key responsibilities:
- Expert in endtoend Payroll Operations
- Maintain and Validate attendance in Spine.
- Exit and Full and Final Management
- Good at income tax management
- HRIS Management (payroll and related functions)
- Generating different payroll operations reports /Dashboard Management
- Internal and external stakeholders' management
- Must be aware of related compliances such as EPF, ESIC, Mediclaim & PT.
- HR Helpdesk Management (for Payroll and related operations)
- Most important, must take an initiative and work as an individual contributor.
- Must have Worked in Spine
Experience:
2- 6 yrs
Role Specific Competencies:
- Any Graduate.
- 23 years of relevant experience.
- Good at MS Excel and advance excel (added advantage).
- Must have processed payroll for a minimum 800+ employees.
- Decent communication skills (verbal and written both)
- Ctc4 lacs p. a
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
