Responsibilities:


  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team member or department.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets.

Requirements:


  • Fluent in Bengali or Hindi, with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience working in a computer and network security environment a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
