Responsibilities:

Responsive Design: Ensure that all designs are responsive and compatible with various devices and screen sizes.
UI/UX Collaboration: Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and frontend developers to translate design concepts into fully functional web interfaces.
Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate and refine the user experience of the web projects.

Performance Optimization: Optimize web pages and assets for improved loading speed and overall performance.
Code Quality: Write clean, wellstructured, and maintainable code following best practices.
Design Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of design work.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other designers, developers, and stakeholders to meet project requirements and timelines.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Frontend Technologies: Minimum of 2 years of handson experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 is a plus.
Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobilefirst development.
Design Tools: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
Web Frameworks: Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation is advantageous.
Web Animation: Experience with CSS animations and JavaScript libraries for interactive web animations.
UI/UX Design: Basic understanding of user interface and user experience design principles.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous web design projects and demonstrating your design skills and creativity.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with team members.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
