As a Soft Skills Trainer at Udayan Care, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the employability and professional development of our learners.

You will be responsible for imparting soft skills training, providing guidance on LinkedIn profiles and resumes, conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, and fostering essential skills such as presentation skills and interview ethics.

Your role is critical in preparing our students for successful careers by equipping them with the necessary soft skills to excel in today's competitive job market.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored soft skills training.
Optimize LinkedIn profiles and craft effective resumes.
Conduct oneonone coaching sessions.
Prepare students for screening interviews.
Enhance presentation skills and professionalism.
Utilize various training methodologies, including workshops, roleplays, and interactive activities, to engage and educate students effectively.
Assist students in setting and achieving career development goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Demonstrated experience in soft skills training.
Excellent communication and coaching skills.
Excellent understanding of LinkedIn and resume best practices.
Knowledge of interview techniques and job market trends.
Ability to work with a diverse group of learners and tailor training to individual needs

Salary:
₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
