Objectives of this Role
- Maintaining constant communication with customers.
- Handling, instructing and guiding customers who visit the gaming facility through game play routines.
- Work within a timesensitive and demanding environment
- Maintain quality assurance protocols and customer management processes
- Maintain and follow a prescribed set of organizational processes and procedures to enhance and maximize internal capacity and utilization
Educational Qualification
- Graduate from any stream, not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification required 10+2
Other Qualifications
- Prior experience as a customer service associate (freshers can also apply).
- Strong situation handling skills
- Excellent ability to accept responsibilities
- Fluent communication (English and Hindi) and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
₹240, ₹288,000.00 per year
