Duties

This position provides services as the Executive Assistant/Office manager primarily to senior management of the U.S. Commercial Service Office in Mumbai. The position also coordinates various administrative functions for Commercial Services Western India's two post team. Manages calendars by receiving requests for meetings and schedules them according to the officer's approval. Arranges meetings with companies, government officials, and others, as needed. Assists with logistics of events hosted by office. The position is complex and demanding.

Requirements:


EXPERIENCE:

Minimum three years of Administrative or Secretarial experience in functional areas such as sales, marketing, business management, diplomatic mission or private corporation is required.

Key Requirements:


  • Completion of two years of college studies is required.

Agency Benefits:

Locally Employed Staff, including Members of Household (MOHs), and Third-Country Nationals (TCNs), working at the U.S. Consulate General in Mumbai may receive a compensation package that may include health, separation, and other benefits.

For EFMs, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
