Position
**Digital technology intern will work with the Lead

  • Digital and shall be responsible for technology enablement and implementation across the organization. He/ She will analyze the systems and work directly with all staff, management, and digital partners to define requirements, design and propose solutions, and train employees and ensure smooth adaptation of digitalization.**
    Responsibilities:
  • Mapping of Requirements: Discuss with management and staff about the requirements of digitalization functions and incorporate these functions into a cohesive plan that can be implemented for all stakeholders of the organization.
  • Working on various digital tech portals such as Workplace, Microsoft 365, share point, business intelligence, project management tools, Zoho Suite, and prepare and maintain database.
  • Setting up necessary userfriendly systems of digitalization and giving induction to internal stakeholders.
  • Mapping of Requirements: Discuss with management and staff about the requirements of visualization of data, creating dashboards and creating live connections.
  • To facilitate/ conduct Trainings on digital functions and changes implemented.
  • Oversee ongoing monitoring of journeys and ensuring they are working properly (and deploying)
- and make recommendations for efficiencies.

  • Champion best in class practices when it comes to data governance and data integrity.

Experience Required

  • 1+ years
  • Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in a computerrelated field such as Computer Science or Business Administration.
  • He or she must be enthusiastic towards Technology, exploring new tools and services and to test out any new developments in the tech world.
  • Technical ability to deepdive into technical architecture and design when needed to solve a complex problem.

New Delhi, India


Travel
Based in New Delhi, but willing to travel 20% of the time. Travel may be more in periods of emergency response.
