An experience of 3-5 years as a Back-end Process in a related industry ie., Infrastructure - construction industry

  • Developing and implementing mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
  • Responsible for machinery maintenance as and when it occurs and checklist to be filled and keep record.
  • Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
  • Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records and reports as per company guidelines.
  • Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
  • Responsible for buying / arranging the best quality equipment goods/Materials/spares and services at the most competitive price.
  • Inventory Control and Arranging materials at site and maintain record for the same and arrange to provide bills of vendors to accounts department
  • Collecting quotations from various vendors and negotiating the prices and other terms & conditions.
  • Follow up the material vigorously with the suppliers to ensure the dispatch on time.
  • Collect Daily Stock data from site and update in stock Inventory Software on Daily basis.
  • Prepare Monthly stock and reconcile with site physical Data.
  • Update maintenance logs/checklist of all machinery and also ensure timely maintenance as and when it occurs for which have to get pre arranged the require materials, oil etc., also have to maintain the track record of the same.
  • Good Knowledge of Computer MS Word, MS Excel, Google Drive etc.,

Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month

  • New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Infra structure, Construction: 3 years (preferred)
