Nurturing Cubs Academy (NCA) is a startup IT Academy founded by experienced professionals from New Zealand and Australia with over 25 years of combined experience in the international market.

NCA's vision is to provide industry-demand skill sets, bridging the gap between academia and the IT industry. Additionally, NCA aims to establish business operations (as an MSP) for customers from New Zealand and Australia.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct Training Programs: Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions on web development, including CMS and Ecommerce platforms, as well as digital marketing strategies. Ensure that the training covers both theoretical concepts and practical handson exercises.

User Productivity Courses:

Provide training on end-user productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workforce (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides), enabling students to enhance their productivity skills.


  • Technical Certification Courses: Deliver basic training programs for industryrecognized technical certifications, such as COMPTIA ITF+, COMPTIA A+, Microsoft Server client certifications, or COMPTIA ITF+, COMPTIA N+, Cisco Networking courses.
  • Assist with Digital Marketing and

Website Deployment Projects:

Collaborate with the team on digital marketing initiatives and website deployment projects for external clients based in India and overseas.

Provide technical support and guidance to ensure successful project completion.

  • Curriculum Development: Work closely with the curriculum development team to enhance and update course materials, aligning them with industry standards and emerging trends. Incorporate practical examples and realworld projects into the training programs.
  • Stay Updated: Continuously upgrade your technical skills and knowledge to stay abreast of the latest developments in web development, digital marketing, and technical certifications. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering active participation and collaboration among students. Manage classroom resources effectively and ensure a smooth learning experience.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing, web development, and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in delivering training on enduser productivity tools such as MS Office Suite and Google Workforce.
  • Familiarity with certification programs such as COMPTIA ITF+, COMPTIA A+, Microsoft Server client certification, or COMPTIA ITF+, COMPTIA N+, Cisco Networking courses.
  • Experience in web design and web development, specializing in building CMS and Ecommerce platforms. Ability to independently create CMS or Ecommerce websites.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for teaching and a desire to contribute to students' learning and career development.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Recent completion of a digital marketing specialization course with handson experience working on digital marketing projects.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the field, preferably in digital marketing and web development.
  • Completed web design and web development courses with a focus on building Ecommerce and CMS platforms.

Salary:
₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
