Description

• Respond to complaints from customers/clients and coordinate with aftersales support when requested.
• Store and sort financial and nonfinancial data in an electronic form.
• Handle the processing of all enrolments and reenrolments with accuracy and assigning them coach (based on client's assessment) to start their program within the timeliness.
• Assist in the preparation and organising of promotional material/events for the company.
• Handle social media queries regarding our programs and assisting them to enrol.
• Maintain client's data and do data analysis.

• Extra mile to meet sales target and facilitate future sales.
• Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your reporting manager.

• Proven experience in sales or relevant environment, experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Proficiency in English
• Wellorganised and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving
