Responsibilities:
- Respond to complaints from customers/clients and coordinate with aftersales support when requested.
- Store and sort financial and nonfinancial data in an electronic form.
- Handle the processing of all enrolments and reenrolments with accuracy and assigning them coach (based on client's assessment) to start their program within the timeliness.
- Assist in the preparation and organising of promotional material/events for the company.
- Handle social media queries regarding our programs and assisting them to enrol.
- Maintain client's data and do data analysis.

- Extra mile to meet sales target and facilitate future sales.
- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your reporting manager.

- Professional phone manner with a consultative approach
- Highly organised and selfmotivated with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Must be able to work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to stay calm and ontask in highstress situations
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- Discretion with personal and confidential information
Requirements/Qualification
- Proven experience in sales or relevant environment, experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Wellorganised and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
Shift:
- Day shift
