Quality control for Garment / Apparel Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control Oversight: Implement and oversee comprehensive quality control procedures throughout the men's shirt production process, from material inspection to finished product assessment.

Process Evaluation: Regularly assess and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce defects, ensuring adherence to established quality standards.

Defect Analysis: Identify, categorize, and analyze defects, working closely with production teams to address root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of quality control tests, inspections, and outcomes. Generate reports highlighting trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.

Team Leadership: Lead a team of quality control inspectors, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure consistent and accurate evaluations.

Supplier Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality benchmarks for raw materials and components used in men's shirt production.

Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with customer service and sales teams to address quality-related concerns, providing insights and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies related to quality and production.

Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by actively participating in cross-functional meetings, suggesting innovative ideas, and implementing best practices.

Pay:
