Roles and Responsibilities

Disbursement Process Management:
Ensuring updation of cases in LOS, generating sanction letter and
- loan documents. Stamp paper management and stock keeping. Verification of executed docs.

  • Supporting relationship team in branch walkin execution of loan docs. Coordinating with HO for
- disbursement.

  • LMS Handling: Creation of loan accounts, updation of securities (for secured loans). Ensuring LANs are
- verified by HO team before EOD.

  • Post disbursement

Document Handling:
NACH/PDC/UDC submission to HO along with the excel
- database loan wise. Legal doc completion and submission for lender signing
- (Branch Manager
- signature). Legal file Management (of loan documents)
  • Managing the vault process, vendor (Crown)
- coordination. Ensuring the CS /CP (deferral if any) are tracked and reported to HO on

  • Weekly/Fortnightly basis.
  • Audit: Ensuring upkeep of loan agreements in the folders for reference. Extending internal and
- statutory audit support within the scope of operations. Actively support implementation of new
- processes and recommendations on Process Improvements.

  • Customer Service &

Relationship Building Activities:
Client Service request tracking (TDS
- refund/penalty waiver/ foreclosures/ no dues/ cash collateral refund) received at the branch along
- with TAT

  • Balance Confirmation (LMS generated)/ SOA sharing with branch clients
  • Contacting existing customers and collecting data (for Risk: portfolio analysis, Marketing: customer
- success stories etc.)

  • Sales &

Collections Support:
Up-sell and cross sell of insurance and any other products/services at the
- time of execution of documents (when customer visits branch for execution of documents) Branch
- walk-in conversions

  • Secondary: Telephonic support in collections when required by the Organisation (e.g., When customers
- are not responding to RMs)
