Responsibilities:
- Developing social media advertising campaigns.
- Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
- Oversee daytoday management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
- Formulate longterm social media strategy
- Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
- Managing online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
- Analyze and monitor success metrics for respective social media platforms and campaigns
- Ensuring uniformity in communication across platform
- Define team KPIs and manage hiring needs
Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience in social media marketing in an agency set up
- Paid campaign management set up, monitoring and campaign opmitisation
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
- Experience in building community or influencer growth channels
- Monthly and weekly reporting with key KPIs
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
