Job Profile and Responsibilities

  • Sourcing potential new customers.
  • Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products.
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
Recording and maintaining client contact data.

  • Maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
  • Traveling to the customer's location to talk about our product range.
  • Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products. Making
technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.

  • Fully understanding customer's needs and requirements. Providing pre-sales
technical assistance and product education.

  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements. Solving client problems.
  • Provide customers with quotations.
  • Persuading potential customers to purchase products, leading price negotiations
and closing sales.

  • Composing tender documents and customer proposals.
  • Maintaining strong customer relations.
  • Attending product training courses and seminars.
  • Meeting sales targets, review your own sales performance, administering client
accounts, analysing costs and sales, Preparing reports for head office.

  • Being familiar with competitors' activities and products.
  • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
  • Represent organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities

Salary:
₹240, ₹300,000.00 per year
