Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Solving Customer Issues and Complains.
Staying updated with the latest ways to retain customers.
Convert the potential leads into the sales.

Should be self-motivated, highly-focused and detail-oriented.
An year experience in Sales/ contact center is preferred
High level of English language skills both verbally, written.
Fluent communication skills in English is must.
