    Job Description :
    We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with expertise in coding, algorithms, data structures, and design principles.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in core backend Java development and extensive experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex systems.


    Responsibilities :

    • Designing, developing, and maintaining highperformance backend systems using Java.
    • Implementing algorithms and data structures to optimize system efficiency and scalability.
    • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to define and implement new features.
    • Writing clean, efficient, and welltested code.
    • Troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure system reliability and stability.
    • Performance tuning and optimization of existing codebase.
    • Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
    • Staying up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a Java Backend Developer or similar role.
    • Strong proficiency in Java programming language and objectoriented design principles.
    • Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and their application in realworld scenarios.
    • Experience with core backend technologies such as Spring Framework, Hibernate, or similar frameworks.
    • Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
    • Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex systems.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
    • Good communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
