    Description

    Position: Senior Backend Developer (Fintech Industry)

    Location: Gurgaon, India

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the fintech industry and a strong background in backend development. This is an on-site position.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs for our fintech platform.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Implement scalable and high-performance backend services using languages such as Python, C++, and Golang.
    • Manage and optimize databases to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in backend development, fintech, and cloud computing.
    • Work closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software products.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum of 1- 3 years of experience in backend development, with a focus on fintech applications.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Golang.
    • Strong knowledge of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
    • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
    • Knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, or payment processing.
    • Certification in cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Google Cloud Certified Professional).
