    Lead Expert

    • Ability to conduct business reviews and recommend improvements by analysing business risks, efficiency and quality.
    • Challenge and recommend the existing process enhancements with the complete functional knowledge on upstream and downstream processes.
    • Proven expertise in analysing root cause and providing solutions for residual risks at value chain.
    • Continuous upskilling of industry knowledge and address any new business or product launch queries.
    • Contribute to the Global Expert community of value chain.
    • Train experts and lead experts in the team.
    • Manage workforce allocation and identify team's training needs.
    • Create an Expert League in the team.
    • Demonstrated strong evaluation and problemsolving skills.
    • Proven functional and technical proficiency.
    • Attitude of sharing knowledge and experiences with the peer team of experts.
    Profile Required

    • Perform/Analyze/Understand first level controls (Fighting Back Controls) in accordance with regulatory or internal requirements. Produce KPIs for Paris/Local management and worldwide stake holders
    • Ensuring FBK Controls are run/executed in a riskcontrolled environment with adequate checks and controls
    • Followup the implementation of new controls by MARK/NCG
    • Reporting, tracking and follow up of control exceptions with Front Office /Middle Office / Compliance / COO / ITEC support / ORCM/ OSM's etc. Work in conjunction with business to understand business, concerns, future plans and provide support to mitigate risk.
    • Deliver 100% quality production by way of Controlling, Monitoring, Analyzing and Completion of activities and tasks related to MARK-NCG=FBK processing.
    • Ensure the quality of the team's task are reviewed on regular basis and reported on the management reporting tools
    • Regular face time with the team to understand their aspirations and work towards the common goal of the firm
    • Manage Internal & External Audits & ensure any recommendations/observations are handled on timely manner within the schedules
