    Description

    As a Loan Officer (Telecallers)you will be responsible for telecalling activities to support themortgage lending process. This role requires individuals withexcellent communication skills a pleasant voice and the ability tomake decisions efficiently. Prior mortgage experience isadvantageous but notmandatory.

    BasicResponsibilities:

    • Conducttelecalling activities to support the mortgage lendingprocess.

    SkillSetRequired:

    • GoodCommunication Skills: Ability to communicate effectivelyin both verbal and written forms. Bilingual proficiency ispreferred.
    • PleasantVoice: Possessing a pleasant and engaging voice thatenhances customerinteractions.
    • DecisionMakingSkills: Ability to make quick and informed decisionswhile interacting withcustomers.
    • Proactive& Extrovert: Being proactive in approach andhaving an outgoing personality to engage with customerseffectively.
    • Responsibility:Demonstrating a sense of responsibility towards assigned tasks andachievingtargets.
    • Adaptable:Ability to adapt to different situations and handle varyingcustomer inquiries.
    • GoodListening Skills: Actively listening to customer queriesand concerns to provide appropriateassistance.
    • Willingness toAddress Volume of Calls: Ability and willingness tohandle a high volume of calls approximately 100 calls aday.

    • Thorough knowledge of all mortgage loansproducts and familiarity with competitorsofferings.
    • Demonstrated ability toeffectively sell products and provide necessary services tocustomers.
    • Proficiency in analyzingcredit documents to determineeligibility.
    • Skilled in handlingobjections fromcustomers.
