Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Chef- All Rounder (North Indian / South Indian / Chinese). You will be reporting to the Head Chef and preparations of various meals. You should be able to gather ingredients and measure them correctly before every meal preparation. Also, you should be able to assist with meat seasoning and chopping of vegetables.
To be able to perform in this job role, you should be familiar with various food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
Responsibilities:
Gathering and accurately measuring all meal ingredients
Washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits
Cutting and seasoning different meats
Preparing food dishes - North Indian / South Indian / Chinese
Keeping a track of the inventory supplies
Ensuring that the food items are stocked properly in refrigerators and freezers
Maintaining proper hygiene standards and ensuring that the workstation remains clean at all times
Plating various meal items
Accepting deliveries of food items and maintaining a stock record of the same
Disposing spoiled food items and expired products
should have relevant exp as all rounder Chef in Hotels / Resorts / Club.
