Job Description & Responsibilities - Sales Executive (Exports)


Position:
Sales Executive (Exports)

Responsible for sales of company's products and services to overseas market. Study the market of target country / countries, identifying the new market for exports and developing new business accounts. Planning a sales campaign suited to that country and current consumer trends. Planning and reviewing budgets for products range, meeting with clients with Indian and Overseas. Negotiating and meeting sales targets. Managing the administration such as orders contract and export documents. Troubleshooting to sort out the any problems with exports. Research potential export market.


Condition:
Should work long and irregular working hours based on overseas client timings
Should work in an office, but travel regularly abroad based on requirement
Should spend long period away from home.
Should have to spend time developing and maintain good contacts with clients


Location :
Hyderabad /Kolkata

Skills & Knowledge (educational Qualification, Experience, Specialized or technical skills)

Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer, MBA (preferred)


Experience:
Min.5+ years


Industry :
Carbon/ Ceramic/ Powder related or any manufacturing industries product's export

Business knowledge about following
  • Adequate knowledge of export sales in various countries
  • Data bank
  • Strong leadership and managerial attributes. Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Adequate knowledge of business and management Principles (Budgeting, Strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
  • Strong team building, decision making and people management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsJob Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigning and promotion to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyse the market trend and competition information
  • Ensure compliance with relevant export regulations and laws
  • Inter personnel skills, work ethics, learning skill, positive thinking and leadership skills
