About this role:


The Financial Analyst Intern will assist the Financial Planning and Analysis teams with key activities such as headcount management and analysis through WorkDay, annual Budgeting and monthly Forecasting of revenues and expenses and monthly management reporting including variance analysis.

You'll use reporting & data analysis to monitor and detect trends and irregularities.

You'll use Excel, dashboarding tools such as Power BI, and data analysis to monitor and improve processes and systems in close cooperation with Finance Subject Matter Experts.


What you'll need:


  • Have a bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, economics, statistics with aggregate marks of minimum 50% and above.
  • Looking for students based in Delhi NCR region only
  • A great communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change.
  • Consistently high achiever marked by perseverance and positive outlook in the face of challenges.
  • Able to work independently and in a group setting
  • Ability to learn new tools such as Power BI

  • Learn new technologies such as Power BI, Hyperion, etc., be a part of industry leading Finance teams and help drive meaningful impact
  • Collaborate with the Gartner Finance team and Senior Finance Leadership
