Job Title:
Administration Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the administrative functions of the organization, including office management, facilities management, and vendor management.
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures and systems to improve efficiency, productivity and overall effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to administration, such as health and safety standards, data protection regulations, and labor laws.
- Manage the organization's budget for administrative expenses, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the organization.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that administrative functions are aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage and oversee the organization's information technology systems and infrastructure.
- Provide support and assistance to the senior management team as required.
- Undertake any other duties as required by the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Salary:
₹20, ₹38,771.75 per month
