Role:
Senior Executive - CRM
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collection from old clients
- Retention
- Upsell, Crosssell experience
- Proficient in English and Hindi language
- B2C client handling
- Interact with existing customers and make followup calls
- Timely payment & collections from the customers
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Process payments and refunds
- Update account status records and collection efforts
- Updating the existing customers on ongoing projects.
- Report on collection activity
- Coordinating with Sales Team & Accounts Team regularly with regards to payment and work status.
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Patience and ability to manage stress
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Skilled in negotiation
- Problemsolving skills
- Bachelor's degree
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
₹22, ₹35,000.00 per month
