• Adhere to the endtoend sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, sharing details, and converting.
• Responding to customers on social and offline channels with relevant information and vision to convert.
• Reaching out to abandoned checkouts to close sales
• Develop and implement effective sales techniques, presentations, and proposals to drive customer engagement and conversions.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities for sales growth and process improvements.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts and achieve business objectives.

• Monitor and report on sales performance, including revenue, profitability and sales pipeline
• Present sales reports, insights, and recommendations to management, highlighting achievements and challenges,

• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify market gaps
