Roles and Responsibilities:


Creation and Management:


  • Assist in creating engaging and creative content for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Generate content ideas and concepts aligned with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and schedules

Social Media Management:


  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media platforms promptly and professionally
  • Regularly update social media profiles with relevant content, including posts, stories, and updates
  • Conducting regular competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Analytics and Reporting:


  • Track and analyse social media metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and initiatives
  • Use insights gained from analytics to optimise content and strategies for better engagement and reach

Campaign Support:


  • Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns, including promotions, contests, and intent
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure social media content aligns with ongoing marketing initiatives and objectives

Research and Trends:


  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing
  • Research target audience demographics, preferences, and behaviours to inform content strategies

Requirements:


  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and scheduling tools
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and aesthetics
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
  • Detailoriented with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Prior experience with social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing is a plus

Pay:
₹7, ₹10,000.00 per month
