1.Telecalling with leads provided and cross selling of financial products, maintaining very good reputation with customer throughout the journey, after sales service is our motto.
2. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a financial product or service using scripts. Answering questions about products or the company. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Timings: 9:45 am to 6:15 pm, 6 days working Sunday fixed off.
