    Description
    What skills are we looking for?

    As a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions while also ensuring the smooth administration and operation of SharePoint Responsibilities :


    • Design, develop, customize, and implement SharePoint solutions, including sites, lists, libraries, workflows, forms, and web parts, to meet business requirements.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose effective SharePoint solutions.
    • Develop and maintain custom SharePoint solutions using tools such as SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
    • Implement SharePoint branding and customization using master pages, page layouts, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Ensure SharePoint solutions adhere to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
    • Administer SharePoint environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SharePoint servers, farms, services, and features.
    • Manage SharePoint permissions, user access, and security settings to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
    • Monitor SharePoint performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance optimization measures.
    • Configure and manage SharePoint search, metadata, content types, and enterprise features.
    • Implement backup and recovery strategies for SharePoint data and configurations.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT administrators, and developers, to support SharePoint initiatives and resolve technical issues.
    • Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for SharePoint solutions and features.
    Key Skill Sets :


    • Should have worked on Sharepoint On-prem (SP 2019) building custom apps, integrations and workflows
    • Good experience in PowerShell
    • Overall understanding of Sharepoint configuration, administration and support for both On-Prem & Online versions.
    • Knowledge of Sharepoint migration services
    • Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
    Optional Skill Sets :

    Experience with the following concepts is considered advantageous :


    • Knowledge of SharePoint REST API and CSOM
    • Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps
    • Knowledge of SharePoint Governance and Best Practices
    Qualification Criteria and Skills :


    • Proven experience in SharePoint development, customization, and administration.
    • Proficiency in SharePoint technologies, including SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online (Office 365), SharePoint Designer, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
    • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, services, and capabilities.
    • Experience with SharePoint migration, upgrade, and integration with third-party systems.
    • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ASP.NET.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Evidence of relevant experience. SharePoint certifications (e.g.

    SharePoint Administrator) are a plus.


    • Graduation/Post Graduation in Computer Science or any relevant degree.
    • Industry recognized relevant certifications - added advantage.
