Role Summary:
As a Traffic Analyst, you will oversee the fulfillment of logistics requirements for a multi-site area within the region.

You will be responsible for the deployment and execution of site specific logistics strategies, as well as maintaining an effective working relationship with key logistics providers to maximize Flowserve's logistics capabilities and enhance the customer order-to-delivery experience.


Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Accounting Finished Goods (FG) SCN credit on daily Basis. (Receiving, Identifying, Stocking, Packing & Dispatching of F G goods.)
  • Maintaining FG inventory and secured storage area.
  • Discussion with planner, contract management and preparing monthly dispatch plan.
  • Generating Billable Delivery Notes (BDNs) and arranging invoices & other statutory documents for physical dispatch.
  • Providing packing cases and consumable requirements against weekly dispatch plan.
  • Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
  • Interact with Project management, Planner and to meet the customer requirement as per GAD, ITP, Project requirements, CDD, etc.,
  • Domestic & Export Packing process supervision including Quantity & Quality of the goods packed.
  • Identifying vehicle requirement including container sizing for physical dispatch.
  • Interacting with transporters for out bound Finish Goods movement with proper documents.
  • Maintaining necessary records and presentation during various audits like IMS, API, ISO. Etc.,
  • Identify areas of improvement, establish innovative work procedures and good practices, cost reduction exercises.
  • Leading a team of packers with safe work culture, training them periodically.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

  • Experience in transport logistics or order processing in a globally active company
  • Solid knowledge and proficiency using Incoterms and customs regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Project management and Implementation skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Client focused and outgoing
  • Proven demonstration of creating strong cross functional relationships.
  • Ability to analyze and create meaningful and concise critical data reports.
  • Ability to multitask and set priorities accordingly.
  • Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment.
  • High energy and performance levels.

  • Strong organizational, communication and process definition capabilities
  • Ability to perform responsibilities and accountabilities independently
  • Willingness to travel
  • BCom/ BBA/MCom Degree in relevant field and 1011 years relevant experience
