Roles and Responsibility- Leading hiring across the organisation for all levels with a team of recruitment professionals.
- Understanding Business and its expansion needs.
- Work in concert with the Business leaders and Hiring Managers to lead strategic talent acquisition discussions leveraging hiring forecasts and trends to provide a deep understanding of existing and future talent needs.
- Develop a data driven approach, utilizing analytics to provide insight and decision support.
- Building Relationships with Agencies and staffing firms & building partnerships and managing the procurement and measurement process.
- Ensure compliance of code of conduct and integrity wrt vendor management.
- Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process.
- Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.
- Conduct job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization).
- Responsible for the overall leadership and development of a recruiting team.
Skills Required:
- Experience in leveraging online sourcing techniques and using Social Networking, User Groups and industry associations for targeting and attracting passive talent.
- Subject matter expertise in the areas of talent attraction, assessment and selection at all levels. Must have a broad understanding of the external market.
- Collaborative approach, effective program management experience and an ability to influence senior leadership regarding critical talent decisions.
- Should have extensive experience in Internet sourcing techniques along with conventional sourcing methods.
Qualification:
- 712 years of experience leading recruitment in technology Organizations. in India
- People leadership experience with a proven ability to coach and develop and groom talent.
- Proven track record of influencing leadership on recruiting strategies.
- Experience working on a business transformation model change highly desired.
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
Salary:
From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
