Key Responsibilities

• To ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Execute events in the organization to enhance customer experience
• Hygiene of the zone assigned should be as per the standards set.
• Billing clients accurately
• Support the Audit process

Key Activities:

• Customer Satisfaction _

1.1 Interact with customers (children and adults) in the zone assigned and as well as other areas.
1.2 Inspire and play with children without instructing them.
1.3 Follow the lead of the child and answer their queries
1.4 Maintain Customer Service Standards at all times
1.5 Answer queries that parents have about the exhibit or the museum

• Events _

2.1 Identify interesting activities that can be carried out in the museum based on interactions with customers, vendors and marketing personnel.

2.2 Prepare a budget and proposal for the same
2.3 Execute the approved plans by coordinating with all the stakeholders of the process.

• Hygiene related _

3.1 Maintain the hygiene of the zone assigned as per the standard set.

3.2 Ensure that all the exhibit parts are kept in the right place so that the next child can enjoy it completely.

• Billing _

4.1 Ensure that the ticketing is done accurately and with sufficient speed so that clients face minimum waiting time.
4.2 Maintain proper records of purchases and sales as necessary in the software

4.3 Ensure that the accounts are tallied at the end of the day and cash deposited in the bank as per standards set.

• Audits _

5.1 Support and help operations manager to perform quality audits.

5.2 Ensure that there is sufficient stock in the zone assigned and inform the operations manager for replenishment in advance.
