_ Responsibilities_:
_ _

_Provide senior-level management and lead team on operational aspects for end-to-end HR operations with experience in recruitment and payroll processes_
_ _

_Ensure an excellent experience for all stakeholders/customers of the processes_
_ _

_Work closely with quality team in identification and implementation of improvement ideas_
_ _
-
_Monitor and resolve day to day issues & escalations, if any, by coordinating with the Recruitment & Payroll team & Process owners_
_ _

_Work closely with Process owners to ensure that any process changes / updates are communicated timely to the team members in India_
_ _
-
_Review process performance and report out performance dashboards on a regular basis_
_ _
-
_Provide support to the team for critical and complex cases_
_ _

_Provide coaching and mentoring to team members_
_ _

_Participate and drive governance meetings with client stakeholders_
_ _

_Ensure adherence to KPI's and SLAs as agreed for the respective processes_

_Qualifications we seek in you_:
_ __Minimum Qualifications_
_ _

_Relevant years of experience in managing HR Operations including Recruitment & Payroll for North America market _

_Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to manage relationships with client, & teams_
_ _

_Bachelor's or equivalent education_
_ _
-
_Team leadership experience_
_ _
-
_Required understanding in HRIS tools, (Workday) or similar HR solutions_
_ _
-
_Required experience with ADP or similar Payroll solutions_
_ _
-
_Identify, implement & oversee process improvements to ensure efficient and accurate data processing_
_ _
-
_Demonstrated competence in managing various HR functional areas such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Employee Support Center & Payroll _

_Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills_
_ _

_Extensive client/stakeholder management experience to include supporting escalations_
_ _

_Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward_

- **_ Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_

_MBA/external certifications from recognized institutes __is an advantage_**
