KeyResponsibilities

• Lead and manage ateam towards the successful attainment of goals andobjectives
• Oversee team performance and provideregular feedback and coaching
• Develop andimplement effective strategies to optimize teamproductivity
• Handle and escalate any issues orgrievances within the team
• Coordinate withother teams and departments to ensure seamlessworkflow
• Identify and address skill gaps withinthe team through training anddevelopment
• Monitor and report on teamperformance and progress to seniormanagement
• Encourage collaboration andinnovation within the team
• Set clear team goalsand KPIs and ensure alignment with organizationalobjectives

RequiredQualifications

• Bachelor s degree in arelevant field or equivalent workexperience
• Proven experience in a leadership orsupervisory role
• Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
• Ability to make sounddecisions under pressure
• Demonstrated abilityto motivate and mentor team members
• Excellentproblemsolving and critical thinkingabilities
• Proficient in project management andorganizational skills
