As an Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will the part of the quest to shape the future of the organization by solving thought-provoking problems and using transformational technologies in our journey from IaaS based backend to all PaaS infrastructure.

You will partner with other teams to re-invent and automate IT and will be given an opportunity to realize your true potential of courageous innovation.

Responsibilities may include the following:

  • Set out the standards and principles of Azure Cloud Infrastructure and Networking.
  • Define system architecture and specifications for cutting edge features related to server infrastructure management.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal developers or external partners to deliver serviceable, dependable, and scalable solutions.
  • Stress on modular design and code reuse to achieve maintainability.
  • Participate in all stages of product development from bringup, validation, productization, and sustaining.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to find solutions that are leverageable across multiple architectures and generations.
  • Contribute to product vision and roadmap by bringing innovation to server manageability ecosystem.
  • Work effectively in an Agile environment following and practicing Scrum processes.
  • Design highly available and resilient cloud infrastructure using proven frameworks and tools.
  • Designs and configures Azure Network Infrastructure (load balancers, VPN tunnels, ExpressRoute, firewalls, et al.)
  • Performs gap analysis and suggests solutions to drive infrastructure maturity.
  • Defines standards and practices for building secure and reliable network components on a public cloud platform.
  • Provides escalationlevel support for network security issues, as well as partner interconnects troubleshooting.
  • Performs maintenance, upgrades and refreshes by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements on Web Application Firewall and Azure network components.
  • Implement and oversee infrastructure automation, ARM templates and configuration management (Azure Automation, Powershell, Terraform).
  • Identifies the needs and performs a gap analysis to drive infrastructure operations maturity
  • Educates and mentors product teams and junior engineers
  • Documents process, platforms, and workflow details, including high
- and low-level designs of technical requirements

  • Works in tandem with a team of architects and engineers to create Azure reference architectures
  • Design and implement innovative cloud solutions with a strong focus on automation.
  • Evaluate new cloudrelated technologies and perform proof of concepts.
  • Install, configure, automate, and monitor IaaS and PaaS in Azure cloud.
  • Perform operational engineering, platform upgrades, server patching, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide offhours oncall support.
  • Engage in research and development towards innovative technical solutions that will provide business benefit
  • Perform routine infrastructure analysis and evaluation on resource requirements necessary to maintain and expand service levels.
  • Responsible for delivering superior value and client service
