Job Summary and Tasks:
Language:
Fluent in English and any one of these Hindi, Gujrati, Marathi or Bengali.
The primary tasks for this role are listed below:
- Interacting with new leads and cold-calling to generate leads (medicine stores) for the OCM Partner Program.
- Creating a sales funnel and maintaining sufficient numbers at each step for adequate conversions.
- Resolve queries related to sales during a pitch/presentation.
- Taking ownership of partners until they are fully integrated into our eco-system.
- Develop guidelines and documents for others to follow and achieve repeatable results.
- Maintain daily records of the calling along with appropriate voice of customer
- Achieve monthly Tele sales target for OCM partner program.
Other functions:
Interacting with field team, customer relationship teams to identify downstream problems and to refine these during the pitch/presentation itself.
Job Specification (Context):
- necks, challenges and ways to mitigate them.
- Knowledge: Must be a graduate at least
- Experience: Tele-Sales 3+ years (must be willing to do the calling)
- Skills: Must be good with MS-Office and Google sheets, Negotiation, Networking, Great in Oral and written communication
- Ability: Ability to think on their feet (quickthinking), Good at identifying people's thought process, Clarity in communication, Working in a team
